Tom started Cloud 7 in response to the growing demand for true cloud talent specialists. The market is full of people who say they understand and can recruit for cloud roles, however when you put them to the test you often find candidates that aren’t the right profile or fit is presented. We understand our clients needs first and then find the appropriate talent based on their requirements, our candidates love us too because, well we don’t like wasting anyone’s time!
